Why I can’t register the account?

Please check the followings:

  • The password must be at least 8 characters long and contain uppercase, lowercase A-Z and number
  • The one-time verification code may be incorrect or expired (last for 3 minutes), please request resend of SMS
  • Please ensure that the registered mobile number can receive SMS, the send is NTPeVoucher
I forgot my password?

At the bottom of login page, press the “Forgot Password”, enter the registered mobile number.

Receive the reset SMS, press the link of the SMS to reset password.

Finally, login again with the new password.


How to redeem e-vouchers?

After registering the account, and upon requirement of designated redemption programs, you can present your account number/mobile number and valid spending receipts at designated location, staff will grant the e-voucher(s) to your account. You won’t have to worry about forgetting or losing your physical vouchers anymore!


How can I check the details of my redeemed e-vouchers?

Enter “My Vouchers” from homepage, this page will show all the available vouchers and expired vouchers.

Select the e-voucher → you can check the quantity you have, the expiry date, the participating merchants list and the terms and conditions.

*Each e-voucher has its own terms and conditions. For example, the minimum spending amount for using one e-voucher, the maximum quantity of e-voucher(s) can be used per single transaction, limitation when using the e-voucher(s) in conjunction with other offers. Please read carefully or consult the merchant(s) for details before using it.

*The participating merchant list is subject to change from time to time. Please check or consult the merchant (s) before using the e-voucher(s).


How to use my e-vouchers?

Select the e-voucher → Visit the participating merchant or designated location

Present the e-voucher QR code to staff for scanning

Staff will verify if the e-voucher is valid and eligible to use on your spending

Check out and pay the balance if any

*If you want to use multiple e-vouchers (depending on the terms and conditions of the e-voucher), you can swipe to right and let staff scan the next QR code.


How to check my usage records?

You check all the usage records on “Usage Records” under “My Vouchers”.
